Are COOLA products reef-friendly?
Yes, we are committed to protecting our oceans. All COOLA sunscreens are Hawaii Reef Compliant (Act 104) and formulated without Oxybenzone or Octinoxate.
What is the difference between Mineral and Classic sunscreens?
Classic sunscreens use traditional active ingredients to absorb UV rays, while Mineral sunscreens use Zinc Oxide or Titanium Dioxide to physically reflect them. Both provide Farm to Face® protection.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for those who need their suncare sooner.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
COOLA is proud to be a cruelty-free brand. The majority of our products are vegan, though a few contain sustainably sourced beeswax. Please check the ingredient list on specific product pages.
